Confirm availabilityWe confirm the vehicle is still available and reserve it with a 30–50% down payment (non-refundable once the purchase contract is signed).

Review vehicle informationReceive detailed photos, condition notes, and available history documentation before you commit.

Complete payment or financingPay by wire transfer, cash, Zelle, or credit card — or ask about our in-house financing. Always verify payment instructions with us directly.

Pick up or arrange deliveryCollect the vehicle at our Westerville lot or arrange delivery anywhere in the U.S.
For international buyers

Confirm vehicle availabilityWe verify the vehicle’s status and export eligibility for your destination country.

Request total pricing & shippingReceive an itemized quote covering the vehicle, inland transport, and ocean freight to your port.

Complete documentationWe prepare the title, bill of sale, and export paperwork; you provide the buyer details required.

Verify payment instructionsConfirm all payment details directly with Biafra Auto through verified channels before transferring funds.

Prepare the vehicle for exportThe vehicle is cleaned, photographed, and delivered to the departure port for customs processing.

Ship the vehicleYour vehicle ships by RoRo or container. We share the vessel details and tracking information.

Receive vehicle & documentsCollect the vehicle at your destination port with your clearing agent, along with the final documents.
