Vehicles & availability

How do I know a vehicle is still available?

Every listing shows a live status — Available, Reserved, Sold, Coming Soon, or In Transit. We confirm current availability before you commit to anything.

Are vehicles inspected before sale?

Yes — every vehicle receives a used-car inspection before listing. You are also welcome to arrange your own independent third-party inspection.

Do you provide vehicle history reports?

Yes — Carfax and Manheim reports are available on request.

Can you find a vehicle you don’t currently stock?

Yes — submit a Vehicle Request with the make, model, year range, and budget, and we’ll search for a match with no obligation to buy.

Deposits, payment & financing

Can I place a deposit to reserve a vehicle?

Yes — vehicles are reserved with a down payment of 30–50% of the purchase price. The down payment becomes non-refundable once the purchase contract is signed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept wire transfer, cash, Zelle, and credit cards. Payment instructions are provided only through verified Biafra Auto channels — always confirm details with us directly before transferring funds.

Do you offer financing?

Yes — in-house financing is available. Contact us to discuss options for your situation.

What is your refund policy?

Down payments are non-refundable after the purchase contract is signed. Ask us for the full written refund terms before paying.

International shipping & export

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to destinations across Africa, from the U.S. ports of Baltimore and Jacksonville. Confirm your destination and port with us before purchase.

What export documentation do you handle?

We prepare the vehicle title, bill of sale, and U.S. export paperwork, and share copies with you before shipment. Destination import requirements are handled by you or your clearing agent.

Who pays customs fees and import duties?

Import duties, taxes, and port fees at the destination are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices unless stated in writing.

How long does international shipping take?

Most shipments take about six weeks, though transit times vary with vessel schedules and unexpected delays. We share the carrier's estimate with your quote — timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

How do I avoid payment fraud?

Biafra Auto only provides payment instructions through verified company communication channels. If you receive payment details from any other source, contact us before transferring funds.

Delivery

Can you deliver within the U.S.?

Yes — pick up at our Westerville lot or arrange delivery to your state. Delivery cost varies by distance; contact us for a quote.

How does international delivery work?

Vehicles are delivered to the agreed destination port, where you or your clearing agent handle customs clearance and collection. We provide the documents needed for clearance.
